Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact name, company, email address, destination market, project requirements and selected product references that you provide. Quantities, customization preferences and product notes may be included in your request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, clarify product requirements and coordinate the relevant project discussion. Technical request records may be used to limit automated or repeated submissions.
Where it is stored
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website database. Inquiry correspondence and notifications may also be held in the business email system. Access to inquiry management is limited to authorised staff accounts.
Your browser draft
Your inquiry selection and unfinished form are saved in this browser using local storage, so they remain available when you refresh or switch language. The draft expires after 30 days and is cleared after successful submission. Use “Clear all” on the inquiry page to remove the saved draft and selection sooner.
Analytics cookies
The public website does not use analytics cookies. Browser storage is used for the inquiry draft described above.
Corrections and deletion requests
To correct or request deletion of information you have submitted, contact sales@weenson.com and include your inquiry reference if available. We will use the details you provide to locate the relevant request and discuss the correction or deletion.
